I have found this practice of capturing electromagnetic vibrations from celestial objects in space and then converting them into sounds perceptible to human hearing very rewarding. I paraphrase the means of getting the raw audio source material:
"Devices like plasma wave antennas on Voyager and Hawk-Eye probes capture radio waves, which are then processed into sound frequencies we can hear."
Years back, there was a CD collection of NASA recordings of some of the planets in our Solar System. It was a wonderful collection of audio thumbprints from some of our neighbors in space.
